kingdom of Danhomey. ...the hope of rain

In the kingdom of Danhomey, as the drought persisted and the people placed their hope in Heviosso, the god of rain, a series of unexpected events unfolded, shaping the destiny of the realm in unforeseen ways.

It all began with the return of Moussa, the king's son, after studying with scholars in the Moroccan Sahara. Armed with his meteorological knowledge, Moussa set out to share his discoveries with his people, explaining the intricate workings of rain and seasons. Intrigued by these revelations, the kingdom's inhabitants listened intently, hoping that this newfound knowledge could help them overcome the long-standing drought.

However, as Moussa sought to prove the validity of his teachings, an impromptu competition was organized. Moussa, Heviosso, and the Fâ were all summoned to compete in a contest to determine who could bring the most rain to the arid lands of the kingdom. The prize at stake? The hand of Kénonwé, the king's daughter.

The competition was fierce, with each competitor using their own powers and knowledge to influence the weather. Moussa employed his scientific skills, Heviosso invoked his divine gifts, and the Fâ guided his meteorological abilities with remarkable precision. In the end, it was Moussa who emerged victorious, bringing the greatest precipitation to the kingdom and winning the hand of Kénonwé.

However, the joy was short-lived when the rain proved to be toxic and destructive, leaving Kénonwé horrified. Determined to find a solution, she added a new condition: whoever could make the rain beneficial would be worthy of marrying her.

Kénonwé's Strat... to fight the Toxic Rain

Kénonwé's Recycling used vehicles

The competitors, understanding the urgency of the situation, began working with the kingdom's inhabitants to find a solution. Together, they devised an ambitious plan to recycle toxic products, including used vehicles that were polluting the lands.

This plan marked the beginning of a new era for the kingdom. Inspired by Kénonwé's vision, the people rallied to create an automobile recycling company, using the reclaimed materials to produce more environmentally friendly vehicles. Thus was born Hypnose Automobile, a company that merged tradition, science, and environmental responsibility.

Kénonwé, in recognition of her role in this transformation, became the face of the company, uniting the kingdom around a common cause. Together, they made Danhomey an example of sustainability and progress, showing the world that even in the face of the most daunting challenges, unity and determination could lead to a better future for all.

An End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) is composed mainly of metals and various types of plastic. It also has pollutant liquids (engine and gearbox oils, brake fluids, etc.) and organic materials that cannot be recycled.
It is essential that it is dealt with by an authorised centre so that it can be depolluted, dismantled and recycled in accordance with the regulations in force.  The process defined by Kénonwé's teams meets regulatory requirements whilst improving the productivity of companies and the working conditions of their employees. This process is based on the complementary nature of the performances of the 2 main players in the ELV processing sector, the dismantling centre and the crushing centre

Car recycling offers a multitude of benefits across ecological, economical, and societal dimensions. From an ecological perspective, it plays a crucial role in conserving natural resources by reusing raw materials and reducing the overall carbon footprint of vehicles throughout their life cycle. Economically, car recycling fosters the development of a circular economy by promoting the reuse of second-hand spare parts, which are often more cost-effective than new parts, thereby making vehicle repair and maintenance more accessible and affordable. Additionally, the production of recycled materials further contributes to cost reduction and resource conservation. On a societal level, car recycling generates significant employment opportunities, with authorized treatment facilities alone creating thousands of direct jobs and supporting numerous indirect jobs through activities such as material crushing and recycling. Moreover, the availability of second-hand spare parts enhances mobility for citizens by providing affordable options for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Overall, car recycling serves as a sustainable solution that addresses environmental, economic, and social challenges, making it a crucial component of responsible and eco-friendly automotive practices.
